Fees/Admission
Patients five years old and older are eligible for dental services. Your proof of age and Maine residency is required. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A photo of every patient will be taken for identification purposes. Patients may be asked to sign a consent or release form before accepting treatment. Actual treatment provided depends on patient health and is determined by BDC. Space is limited. Belfast Dental Care reserves the right to refuse treatment to anyone.
