Dinner of Five Flags @ the Pentagoet

Explore Castine's culinary history with this one-night-only 5-course prix fixe dinner fundraiser, hosted at the Pentagoet Inn in partnership with the Castine Merchants Association. Chef La & Matt Powell will compose a 5-course dinner, featuring the cuisines of the cultures that have occupied Castine: Wabanaki, French, Dutch, British, and American. 

Cost: $125/pp, not inclusive of tax, gratuity, and beverage sales. All proceeds to benefit the Castine Merchants Association & its activities to support the town of Castine.
