Is your Spanish rusty? Do you love making a scene? 
 
In !Teatro en Español! Students will practice grade equivalent Spanish, acting and theater skills, and work together to create their own play all in Spanish!
Science has shown that memory deepens when there is movement and multiple senses are involved. Foreign language learning increases critical thinking skills, creativity, and cognitive flexibility. By combining theater and language, our skills will improve as we use our imagination to create worlds in Spanish! 
 
Through games, story building and acting, students build confidence in Spanish skills, explore movement and improvisation. We will create characters, build simple props and costumes, and work together to rehearse a short play, which we will perform for our family and friends in a final showcase at the end of the week.
