The Owls Head Transportation Museum is thrilled to announce the return of one of Midcoast Maine’s largest and most anticipated motorcycle meets. Taking place on Saturday, September 6 (rain date: Sunday, September 7), this annual event celebrates the full spectrum of motorcycling—from vintage classics to cutting-edge modern machines.
Ride into a celebration where vintage charm meets modern power. Enthusiasts and families alike can explore an extraordinary lineup of motorcycles from across New England and beyond. Expect to see everything from iconic Triumphs, Harleys, and Indians to Hondas, Ducatis, BMWs, and rare, obscure finds from around the world.
Exhibitors Welcome: Showcase your classic, custom, or special-interest motorcycle (20+ years old) and receive free admission for you and a passenger.
Motorcycle Exhibition & Demonstrations – A showcase of rare and historic bikes.
Vintage Car Rides – Ride in a piece of automotive history.
Automobile Demonstrations – Featuring the 1941 Lincoln, 1957 Thunderbird, and 1906 Cadillac.
Aircraft Demonstrations & Biplane Rides (weather permitting) – Historic aircraft including the Gnome Engine, Curtiss Pushor, Jenny, and Standard take flight.
Outdoor Café & Picnic Space – Relax and enjoy local flavors in a scenic setting.
Museum Gift Shop – Browse unique gifts and transportation memorabilia.
Want more adventure? Visitors can purchase a 20-minute scenic biplane ride for a truly unforgettable, open-air flight over Maine’s beautiful midcoast (weather permitting).
