Do you love the ocean, storytelling, and making people smile? Want to spend your days aboard a classic wooden lobster boat — maybe even dressed as a pirate? We’re looking for new crew members to join The Back & Forth team starting August 20th!

We’re hiring:
Adventure Guides – Great with people, love talking about the bay, boats, and Maine life
Treasure Hunt Pirates – Energetic, fun, a bit mischievous, and love working with kids

You don’t need boating experience (though it’s a plus!) — we’ll teach you what you need to know. What matters most is a great attitude, reliability, and a love for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Start Date: August 20th
Based in Belfast, Maine
